Admission Procedure
Parents/Guardians should register their child/ward using the Application Form available at the school reception. All the requirements mentioned in the Application Form must be strictly followed. Admission is purely based on the merit list prepared after the entrance test, followed by a personal interview, provided there is a vacant seat. After the child has qualified in the interview and admission has been confirmed, the parent must immediately deposit the necessary fees as per the fee structure. Failure to do so may result in the offer of admission being extended to the next eligible candidate.
Admission Test and Interaction
Admission will be based on a written test and interaction. The admission tests will be conducted on the school premises, and parents will be informed about the date and time. They will also be provided with basic guidelines on what their child is expected to be tested on. Admission tests will be conducted only for Standard I and above.
Admission Lists
The outcome of the admission test will be communicated to parents after a stipulated period. A list of selected candidates will be displayed in the school office and on the school website. The decision of the School Admission Committee in this matter will be final and binding, and no further discussions will be entertained.
Confirmation of Admission
Upon receiving the intimation of acceptance of admission, parents must pay the specified fees within the stipulated period. Failure to do so may lead to the rejection of the application form.
Mode of Payment
Fees will be accepted through online modes (such as UPI, IMPS, RTGS, NEFT, etc.) or via demand draft drawn in favor of GBL Convent School, payable at Faridabad. No outstation cheques will be accepted. Please note that the submission of the application form does not guarantee admission of the child.
